Handset Return & Cancellation Policy


If you are would like to return your handset, you must email returns@t-mobileportal.com immediately.  

Returns must include the original packaging, all original contents and the handset/device in like new, working condition.  


Locked handsets branded with the T-Mobile logo may be returned 30 calendar days from the date of your order. The locked device including the original packaging, all original contents and the handset/device in like new, working condition must be received before the 30th day.

 

Unlocked handsets that do not feature the T-Mobile logo may be returned 14 calendar days from the date of your order.  A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all unlocked devices.  Restocking fees may apply to locked devices as well in our discretion.  The unlocked device including the original packaging, all original contents and the handset/device in like new, working condition must be received before the 14th day.

 

Even if you cancel Service and/or return your product, you must pay all Service and other charges incurred prior to cancellation or return.

 

If you cancel your account within six months of your order date, you must agree to repay the amount of any subsidies received on your handset/device. If you cancel within six months from the date of your order, your credit card will automatically be charged this amount, which in many instances may be $250 or more.
