Stony Brook Corporate Discount
If you are an existing customer and would like to inquire about having the 15% discount applied to your current T-Mobile bill, please call 877.453.8824. Please note that subscribers on an expired contract with a non-current rate plan must select an active post-pay voice or data plan to receive corporate benefits. Customers on select rate plans may not qualify for the discount. It may take up to 1 to 2 full billing cycles before any discount appears on your bill statement.
Upgrade Requests
You may be eligible for an upgrade! Please contact T-Mobile Customer Care at 877.453.1304, or just dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone, and speak to a Customer Care Representative regarding your upgrade eligibility and handset options. Representatives are available from 3 a.m. to 10 p.m. PST, daily. You will need the following information to check your eligibility:
- The full name of the person associated with the account.
- The PIN, password or last four digits of the social security number of the person associated with the account.
- All numbers listed with the account that you would like upgrade eligibility for.
- Any devices that you are interested in receiving upgrade pricing on.

Billing Issues
If there are problems with your bill, or if you'd like to adjust your services or plan with T-Mobile, please email service@t-mobileportal.com with your name, your current device and the number on that device.
